A dialog will be displayed where you can specify how many records the Report Designer will generate for the preview dataset. This will be the number of test records displayed in the Details Band of the displayed report. You can also specify output format (PDF or HTML).
+You can also see the preview if you go to the Preview tab at the bottom of the screen. This tab will always show the report generated last. Only if there were changes that affect the preview, will it re-generate the report in the preview tab. The Preview button in the toolbar, on the other hand, will always re-generate the preview irrespective of changes to the report's design.
