Bugs
- Dynamic recalculation of HTML cells was not correct for forms with multiple sections
- HTML documents with tags and UTF-8 encoding had problems
- IS DEFINED/UNDEFINED check for ADDED/REMOVED prefixes didn't work
- Scheduler didn't work in SQL Server (DATE_PART function is now supported)
- Recalculation problems for HTML cells
- HTML e-mails could hang the system
- Start process operations with reference parameters didn't work
- XML export for versions with trees has been broken

Improvements
- Up and Down buttons for actions editing in rules
- START_OF_WEEK and END_OF_WEEK functions
- Ability to use tags including reference to images in the custom HTML for visual perspectives
- Some tree improvements
